When shopping for a new furnace, the owner presented us with several options and we felt no pressure to buy anything beyond what we needed. Prompt service, always finding time to squeeze us in, especially when an urgent service call.

After our furnace became inoperable in the middle of winter, H & A Heating and Air Conditioning was quick to accommodate our need for heat. Their crew was at location within a day of the call to set us up with a new system. The H & A crew were kind and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend.
They were not the lowest bid, but Harry, the owner, was very friendly, professional and didn’t play games with his pricing. The work crew was professional, explained everything about the units, tested them and completed the job in 2 days. When my husband noticed a small crack in the AC cement block foundation, it was quickly replaced with an apologize and a smile. I was treated with respect and excellent customer service.
